A process owner may receive a new contact request while several operational tasks are already in motion. Zeev can start a Zap when its Request event occurs, giving Mobile Message a clear point at which to send a text or record the contact. This can help a team acknowledge a new request without asking someone to monitor Zeev continuously.

The request can trigger Send SMS for an acknowledgement or internal alert, while Create Contact can place the person into Mobile Message for later communication. If a Zeev process needs a task to be completed, Mobile Message can also receive an inbound SMS and trigger one of Zeev’s actions, such as Finalize Instance, when that is a genuinely suitable step. Each direction is configured as its own Zap. This gives process teams control over the event and the result rather than implying a general data sync.
