WotSABot trains chatbots with your data and provides answers to visitors. Through Zapier, its Zapier block can trigger a Mobile Message text when a conversation reaches the point you choose.

New Block Activated is the available WotSABot event. Place the Zapier block at a useful handover point, such as after a visitor requests contact or reaches a sales step, then send an SMS to the responsible team member. The message can include the visitor details and conversation information supplied by WotSABot. If the visitor has provided a suitable phone number and consent, the same event may be used to send a carefully worded reply.

This setup helps a chatbot hand a conversation to a human without claiming that Mobile Message can read or answer the chat. It is a one-way Zap from WotSABot to a Mobile Message action. Use filters in Zapier if only certain block activations should create an alert, and keep the text plain, specific and appropriate to the information captured.
