Coaches, consultants and course creators often manage opportunities through pipeline stages in SWYKTools. A stage change can be the point when a prospect needs a reminder, a client deserves a welcome or an internal follow-up task should be created. Pipeline Stage Changed can start a Zap that sends an SMS through Mobile Message for the customer-facing part of that process.

Mobile Message's Send SMS action can deliver a direct message using the opportunity and contact values supplied by SWYKTools. Create Contact and Add Contact to List can organise people as they enter a new stage, while Send SMS to List can reach a defined group when the same update applies to several contacts. These actions can be selected in separate Zaps for different outcomes.

The other direction can turn a customer reply into a visible SWYKTools record. Inbound SMS Received can trigger Add/Update Contact, Add/Update Opportunity or Add Task when the mapped response should update the relevant workspace. Delivery Status Updated can also start one of those actions where it fits the process. Zapier handles the connection, with each automation running only in the direction you choose.
