Screendesk SMS Integration

A customer support team finishes a video recording that explains a tricky issue, but the customer still needs a clear next step. Screendesk helps teams create customer support recordings, while Mobile Message can put a short follow-up directly on the customer’s phone. A Zapier workflow can start when a new recording is created and send an SMS with the recording link, a callback request or a reminder to check the support response.

This gives customers a prompt notification after support work is completed, rather than relying on them to revisit an inbox or support portal. It can also help a team acknowledge that a personalised explanation is ready, especially when the recording is part of a time-sensitive service request. The workflow uses Screendesk’s New Recording trigger with Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. Message content can include the customer’s name and a link supplied by Screendesk, subject to the fields available in the Zap.
