With Zapier, Respaid events can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS. Confirm a successful collection, acknowledge an instalment payment or alert a team member when a case is disputed. New Successful Collection via Respaid can also trigger Create Contact or Add Contact to List when you need the payer’s details retained for later communication.

Respaid’s actions stop collection processes or create campaigns, but the available Mobile Message triggers do not make every reverse pairing appropriate.
