RescueTime's FocusTime session triggers can support practical team routines. A session start can notify a colleague that protected work has begun, while a session end can send a simple completion message. New Highlight Event can also create a contact or add someone to a Mobile Message list when an accomplishment needs to be recorded for later communication.

The connection runs through Zapier. RescueTime remains the source of time, focus and report events, and Mobile Message handles the chosen text or contact action. It does not change RescueTime settings unless a workflow uses one of its listed actions within a separate Zap. You choose the events that deserve an SMS and map the available information into a useful plain-text message.
