Petloop SMS Integration

A dog owner sends a text asking to book their next session, and instead of that request sitting in a phone waiting to be typed into Petloop later, it becomes a new training record the moment the message arrives. Petloop already gives trainers one place to manage client communication, and adding Mobile Message to that through Zapier means the request itself can start the process rather than ending it.

Once an inbound text is connected to Petloop's Create Training action, a client asking for a session by SMS results in that training being set up in Petloop without anyone re-typing the request from a phone into the system. The trainer sees a new training waiting rather than a text they still need to action, and the client's message has already done its job by the time anyone opens the app to check it. For a trainer juggling several clients across a day, that one small shift means fewer requests get forgotten between the phone and the desk.
