Recorded sales calls, client consultations and training sessions build up fast, and finding the important part later usually means scrubbing through the whole file while trying to type notes at the same time. A single half hour call can eat up more admin time than the call itself took, and by the time someone sits down to write a summary the details have already gone fuzzy.

Myna's Send File to Myna action takes that recording and turns it into what it calls a SmartTranscript, breaking the conversation down into topics and sending the write-up straight to an inbox. Instead of a raw wall of text to wade through, whoever needs the recap gets something organised and ready to skim, with the key topics already pulled out for them.

Because Myna only accepts a file rather than sending out events of its own, it works best as the step that receives a recording from wherever it was captured, through Zapier, rather than something a staff member has to upload by hand after the fact. That closes the gap between a call finishing and the transcript actually reaching the person who needs it.
