The message could acknowledge the interest, invite the person to continue the conversation or provide a clear next step. Mobile Message can also Create Contact or Add Contact to List from the same Kwala event, giving the team a record and an audience grouping for later communication. These actions depend on the contact information made available by Kwala in the trigger.
