Operations teams who run recurring workflows in Joinpoints often need a visible prompt when a record changes or a task is created. Joinpoints can trigger a Zap when a new Joinpoint is created, an existing one is updated, a field changes or a workflow trigger runs. Mobile Message can then put the important update in front of the person responsible instead of leaving it inside a pipeline.

A New Joinpoint event can send an SMS to a customer or staff member, while Field in Joinpoint Updated can notify someone when a key status changes. Workflow Trigger can also send a message to a configured list when a recurring process reaches a defined point. Joinpoints’ Create Task and Post to Timeline actions can be started by an inbound SMS where that is a sensible operational response.
