IdeaPlan helps gather and prioritise ideas through boards, while Mobile Message can send a short SMS when a new board is created. That gives a product owner or team member a direct prompt to review the new workspace.

Through Zapier, IdeaPlan’s New Board trigger can start Mobile Message Send SMS. The message can identify the board and tell a responsible colleague to review its purpose or add the next internal step. IdeaPlan’s Idea Added action can also be started by Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received, although the incoming message must provide the information needed to create an idea or post. These are separate, one-directional workflows.

This connection suits teams that use boards as a visible part of feedback management. It does not synchronise all ideas or send SMS replies into an IdeaPlan board automatically. Map the relevant fields and keep the message focused on the action someone should take next.
