If the next task is not recorded quickly, a follow-up can be missed. A Zapier workflow can use Hously's Pipeline Stage Changed event to send a Mobile Message SMS, helping the responsible agent act while the opportunity is current.

Pipeline Stage Changed can trigger Send SMS with the opportunity and stage information available from Hously. The message might remind an agent to contact a buyer, prepare an appraisal discussion or review a newly advanced prospect. The same event can trigger Add Contact to List when the person should enter a Mobile Message audience for a later campaign, provided the contact details are available.

Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can also run Hously's Add Task action. A reply received on your Mobile Message number could create a task in the relevant account for an agent to review. These workflows use Zapier as the connection and do not create a native two-way synchronisation.
