A prospect sends a message through HelloSells while your sales team is busy with an existing customer. The lead has shown interest, but a delayed response can make the conversation harder to recover. A Zapier workflow can use HelloSells' New Message trigger to send a Mobile Message SMS, giving the prospect a quick acknowledgement or directing them to the next step.

HelloSells can also create a contact. That action can be started by Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger when a prospect texts your SMS number and the available details are suitable for a new record. A separate workflow can use HelloSells' New Message event with Mobile Message's Create Contact action, so the sender is recorded for future communication. These are practical hand-offs between a lead response service and an SMS platform. They do not mean that calls, chats or contacts are continuously synchronised. Each automation is configured in Zapier with one trigger and one action. You choose the message wording, map the number and test the fields before enabling the workflow, so a new lead receives a useful response rather than a generic acknowledgement.
