HappyDesk SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with HappyDesk!

A support agent may be handling a ticket while the customer is waiting for a clear update outside the helpdesk. HappyDesk records tickets, messages, comments and status changes, and Mobile Message can send a short text when a chosen support event occurs. With Zapier connecting the two services, a New Ticket or New Ticket Message can prompt a customer-facing SMS or an internal alert.

New Ticket paired with Send SMS can acknowledge that a support request has been received. New Ticket Comment can also alert a customer or team member that fresh information is available. If a phone number is present in the ticket data, New Ticket can pair with Create Contact so the person becomes available in Mobile Message. Issue Status Changed is useful for notifying a service lead when work moves from open to resolved. HappyDesk actions can be used in the other direction, so Inbound SMS Received can create a new ticket or add a comment to an existing one when the Zap has the required ticket details.

Keep the message free of sensitive information and use filters to avoid texting on every minor comment. Set up each path in Zapier, test the ticket fields and decide whether the recipient is a customer, agent or manager. This gives support teams a visible extra channel while HappyDesk remains the ticket workspace.
