Gorgias SMS Integration

A customer who texts in about a late order and actually gets a proper follow up, instead of a reply that vanishes into a phone nobody is watching, is the difference Gorgias and Mobile Message can make together. Gorgias keeps ecommerce support organised with tickets and threaded messages, and pairing it with Mobile Message through Zapier means a text does not have to end the moment someone stops looking at their phone.

When a customer's SMS comes in, it can trigger Gorgias' Create Ticket action, opening a proper support ticket with the message already attached so nothing gets missed between shifts. If the conversation is already underway, the same inbound text can instead trigger Create Ticket Message, adding the customer's reply to the existing thread so the whole exchange stays in one place.

A failed delivery adds another opening. Mobile Message's Delivery Status Updated trigger can also feed Create Ticket, so an SMS that never reaches a customer turns into a ticket for someone to chase up rather than a silent gap in the record. The result for the customer is a support team that already knows what happened by text, without being asked to repeat themselves over email.
