Featurebase SMS Integration

Product teams can give feedback contributors a quick acknowledgement when a post or comment appears in Featurebase. New Post and New Comment can start a Zapier workflow that sends an SMS through Mobile Message. Mobile Message can also create a contact or add a contributor to a list for later communication.

A new post may warrant a message to the product owner, while a comment can alert a support lead that a discussion needs attention. A team can also use Create Contact when a contributor should be retained for a separate customer communication process. Featurebase actions such as Change Post Status, Upvote Post and Create Changelog are useful when a workflow begins elsewhere, but they do not create a native two-way connection with Mobile Message. The integration is made through Zapier. Select one Featurebase event, map the relevant details and write an SMS that identifies the feedback item without exposing more information than necessary. Each Zap handles one direction and one defined outcome.
