A field technician finishes a job, but the customer still needs a clear update and the office needs a reliable record of what happens next. EyeOnTask can start a Zap when a job is completed or when a new job is created. Mobile Message can then send an SMS to the customer or the responsible field service team.

A completed job could trigger a short thank-you or completion notice, while a newly created job could alert a coordinator that scheduling work is ready. Mobile Message can also start a Zap when a customer sends an inbound SMS and use EyeOnTask’s Create Request action to place that request where the service team checks work. This is useful when a text needs follow-up rather than sitting in a phone inbox.

The connection is configured through Zapier and uses the exact event and action selected in each workflow. It is not a native integration and does not synchronise all EyeOnTask information with Mobile Message. Each Zap performs one defined task, with the fields you map controlling the message or request created.
