Datasurf SMS Integration

Datasurf users often manage sales, customers, products and calendar activity in one operational view. The most useful event to pass on is usually a new order, because a customer may need confirmation while the team needs a clear record of what has happened. A Zapier workflow can send that event into Mobile Message without asking staff to re-enter the order details.

New Customer can create a Mobile Message contact, while New Order can send a confirmation or delivery-related update by SMS. An Event Change can alert a customer or staff member when a scheduled activity changes, and Update Product can notify an internal list when catalogue information is created. Map the phone number and relevant Datasurf fields into the Mobile Message action so each message is specific to the event.

This setup gives a Datasurf event a practical communication result. It is not a native sync between the platforms. Instead, Zapier watches the selected Datasurf trigger and runs one Mobile Message action, allowing your team to decide which sales or customer moments deserve a text.
