About the Cayzu integration

A customer texts your business with a problem, and someone needs to work that message the same way they'd work any other support case, not lose it in a phone. Cayzu is a cloud based help desk that already handles ticket management, multi channel support and real time reporting, and Mobile Message links to it through Zapier so a text can become a ticket without manual entry.

The Create Ticket action turns either of two Mobile Message events into a case inside Cayzu. Pair it with Inbound SMS Received and every text reply becomes its own ticket, ready for an agent, or pair it with Delivery Status Updated so a text that fails to reach a customer opens a ticket for someone to follow up. Cayzu doesn't have a trigger of its own on offer here, so tickets are created from Mobile Message events rather than the other way round.
