A customer places an order at the cash register while your staff are serving the next person. A text confirmation can reassure the customer without adding another task to the counter routine. Cassa in Cloud events can start a Zap that sends the right message through Mobile Message as soon as a new customer, order or invoice is recorded.

New Order is useful for order confirmations, while New Customer can create a contact for future communication. New Invoice can send a reminder or receipt-related notice, depending on the information available in the event. New Stock Movement can also alert a selected person when inventory activity needs attention.

These workflows run through Zapier and use one Cassa in Cloud trigger with one Mobile Message action. They do not synchronise the cash register and SMS platform or write messages back into Cassa in Cloud. You choose the event, map the available customer details and define the plain text your customer or team receives.
