Store operators using iStores can react to order activity without waiting for someone to open the order screen. The Orders List trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS with the available order information, giving a customer or internal recipient a timely update. It can also create a Mobile Message contact when the order data includes a suitable mobile number.

The Get Order action retrieves a single order in iStores, so it can be used when another Zap step has already identified the order and needs its details before a later action. Mobile Message can then send the resulting information by SMS or add the customer to a list when the required contact fields are present. This connection is configured through Zapier and runs in one direction for each Zap. It offers a practical route from iStores order activity to customer messaging without implying a continuous two-way store sync.
