A website visitor has asked a chatbot for human help, and the support team needs to know before the conversation goes cold. Botsify creates chatbots for support and lead collection, with triggers for human help, form submissions and new leads. Through Zapier, those events can start Mobile Message SMS notifications for the people responsible.

Botsify Human Help can trigger Send SMS to alert an available staff member. Form Submitted or New Lead can send an acknowledgement to the person whose details were collected, while A New Subscriber From Facebook can notify a team about a new conversation. If the event includes a useful phone number, you can personalise the message in Mobile Message.

The connection is suited to hand-offs and prompt responses. Mobile Message sends plain text only, and the SMS does not carry a chatbot conversation or attachments. Botsify does not receive an automatic reply through this setup. Zapier passes the selected trigger data into the Mobile Message action you configure, so you choose the recipients and wording.
