Beebole SMS Integration

A tradesperson finishes a job on site and sends a quick text back to the office to confirm the hours worked, then gets back in the van and drives to the next call. That message is often the only record of the time spent, and if nobody transcribes it into the timesheet system, the hours are easy to lose track of by the end of the week.

Beebole's Create Time Entry action gives that text somewhere permanent to go. Connected to Mobile Message through Zapier, a reply that arrives on Inbound SMS Received can log a time entry for that person without anyone opening Beebole and typing it in later, catching the hours while the job is still fresh rather than reconstructing them from memory at the end of the week.

It is a one-way link, the text creates the entry and nothing is sent back to the phone as a result, so office staff running payroll or billing a client for the job see the hours land in Beebole on their own. Beebole already handles the surrounding admin, from creating a new project to adding a new person to the team, so a text reply simply becomes one more way hours get captured, one less thing to chase up before a timesheet gets signed off.
