About the Aunoa integration
When someone replies to a text sent from Mobile Message, a Zap can have Aunoa send a WhatsApp template continuing the conversation on a channel built for richer automated replies, handing off from SMS to chatbot without a person in the middle. Delivery status changes work the same way, so if an SMS fails to reach someone, Aunoa can send a WhatsApp template as a fallback attempt to reach them.
