Accountants, bookkeepers and auditors using AdminPulse can be alerted when a task, document or client relation needs attention. A new task may otherwise wait in the office system until someone checks it, and a client update may not reach the person handling the work. AdminPulse events can start Mobile Message SMS workflows through Zapier.

Task Created is useful for notifying an assigned staff member about a new piece of work. Document Created can alert a colleague that a document is ready to review, while Relation Created can create a Mobile Message contact for a new client record. Pair those AdminPulse triggers with Send SMS or Create Contact, depending on the result required. The text can include the task name, relation name, document reference and due information available in the Zap.

You can also use Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger with AdminPulse’s Create New Task action when a customer or staff member sends a text that should become a follow-up task. Use filters to avoid duplicate alerts and keep confidential client details out of SMS.
