Sales teams using Zoomifier need new opportunities and contact activity to reach the right person without waiting for a dashboard review. An opportunity assigned to a sales user can trigger an SMS through Mobile Message, while a new contact can create a corresponding Mobile Message record. A contact or opportunity comment can also alert the team to a useful change.

Zoomifier provides triggers for new contacts, new opportunities, engagement and comments. These events can be matched with Mobile Message actions according to the required response. A new opportunity might text an account owner, while a newly engaged contact could add someone to a follow-up list. Mobile Message can also send a text to a team list when a new opportunity is created.

The connection is made through Zapier. Zoomifier remains the sales engagement platform and Mobile Message handles the selected message or contact action. It is not a native integration or a two-way sync. You choose which sales events matter, map the available contact details and use separate Zaps for notifications, contact creation and list management.
