Channel teams often need to act as soon as a partner opportunity or client contact appears in Zomentum PartnerAlign. The platform can send events for Opportunity Created, Client Created, Vendor Partner Invited and Contact Created. Through Zapier, Mobile Message can turn those events into timely SMS notifications, contact records or list updates.

An Opportunity Created event can alert an account manager before a shared deal loses momentum. Vendor Partner Invited can prompt an internal reminder, while Client Contact Created can create a Mobile Message contact for an approved communication process. You can also use Mobile Message's Add Contact to List action to separate partners, prospects and clients for later campaigns.

The reverse direction can be useful where a customer texts Mobile Message and your team needs a visible PartnerAlign record. Its actions include Create or Update Contact, Create or Update Opportunity, Create or Update Partner and Create or Update Client. Each Zap still handles one event and one action, so decide exactly which inbound message should create or update which record. This gives channel operators a practical notification path without implying a shared live database.
