A trainer using Zoho ShowTime may need to notify a coordinator as soon as someone registers or joins a session. Zoho ShowTime provides New Trainee Registers, New Trainee Joins and New Session Is Created as triggers. Each event can start a Mobile Message SMS through Zapier, or create a contact for a training follow-up list.

For example, a registration can text an internal coordinator, while a new trainee joining can send a welcome message to a nominated number. A new session can also notify the person responsible for preparation. Mobile Message handles the SMS or contact record, and Zoho ShowTime remains the source of the training event. Zoho ShowTime actions such as Invite People, Enroll a Registrant and Create a New Session are available for Zaps that need to act inside ShowTime, but Mobile Message does not receive those actions as triggers. Configure each workflow with the fields, recipient and wording that suit your training operation.
