Can ZiftONE text a lead when the lead is created?

Yes. Use ZiftONE’s Lead Created trigger with Mobile Message’s Send SMS action in Zapier. The Zap can pass the lead’s mobile number and selected lead fields into a short acknowledgement, provided the contact can receive the message lawfully.

Can a ZiftONE lead update change a Mobile Message contact?

Yes. Lead Updated or Created can trigger Mobile Message’s Update Contact action. This is useful for passing changed lead details into a contact record. It does not create a continuous two-way sync between the two platforms.

What is needed to send ZiftONE lead messages?

You need ZiftONE, Mobile Message and Zapier accounts. In Zapier, choose a ZiftONE lead trigger, add the Mobile Message action and map the fields. No code is required, and you can test the lead number and message before turning the Zap on.
