This connection is useful when Zenvia Conversion holds the broader conversation history and Mobile Message provides a direct SMS route. A new prospect can receive a plain text welcome, an accepted quote can prompt a next-step message, and an unsuccessful call can trigger a request to choose a better time. Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received can also trigger Send Message Template in Zenvia Conversion, where a reply needs to appear in a listed communication channel.

Each workflow is configured in Zapier and runs in one direction. It does not create a native Zenvia Conversion and Mobile Message sync. Choose the specific event, map the prospect’s number and message fields, then test the wording and recipient rules before putting the Zap into use.
