Yardman SMS Integration

Customers notice the difference when a yard visit is acknowledged at the right time. Yardman helps operators organise bookings and keep visits on track, while a Zapier connection can pass new bookings, visits and checkpoint events to Mobile Message for immediate SMS communication.

A new booking can send arrival instructions or a confirmation. A new visit can notify the visitor that their details are recorded, and a visitor reaching a specific checkpoint can prompt an update for the person waiting on site. The message can include information from Yardman, such as the booking or visit reference, so staff spend less time making routine calls.

You can also use an inbound SMS as a signal to create a person or booking in Yardman. This does not create a native two-way integration or continuous synchronisation. Instead, each Zap has one clear trigger and one action, giving your yard team a useful response to a defined event.
