Can I send an SMS when a member joins Xplor Studio?
Yes. Member Created can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS action. Use the member's mobile number and relevant membership fields to create a welcome message that is sent as soon as the member record is created.
Can Xplor Studio text members when a package finishes?
Yes. Member Package Finished starts a Zap when all package credits have been used. Mobile Message can then send a text explaining the next step, such as contacting the studio about another package.
What do I need to connect Xplor Studio and Mobile Message?
Have Xplor Studio and Mobile Message accounts ready, then create the workflow in Zapier. Select an Xplor Studio event, choose the Mobile Message action, map member information and activate the Zap without code.
