Posted Invoice can trigger a payment reminder or invoice notice, while New Sales Lead can send a prompt to a prospective customer. New Person and New Organisation can create contacts in Mobile Message, so the person responsible for messaging has a record to work from. A New Case event can also send a service acknowledgement, provided the case data includes a suitable mobile number. These workflows pass selected Workbooks fields into one Mobile Message action at a time. They do not synchronise the CRM and SMS platform. Set them up in Zapier to reduce manual copying and give customers a faster response after a finance, sales or service event.
