A sales or service record is updated while a customer is waiting for an answer. In Wintouch, that change can become the starting point for a useful text rather than another item for a staff member to notice manually. Record Added and Record Updated provide practical events for contacting customers when information enters or changes in the CRM.

For example, a new record could send an acknowledgement SMS, while an updated record could notify a customer that their details or service status has changed. Mobile Message can send the text, create a contact for future outreach or add the person to a list. Record Deleted can also start a carefully worded internal or customer notification when a record is removed.

The connection runs through Zapier. Choose the Wintouch event, map the record fields and mobile number, then select the Mobile Message action. This gives teams a clear, event-based way to keep CRM activity visible to customers without claiming that the two systems synchronise automatically.
