New Appointment Scheduled can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action with the booking details. Appointment Cancelled can send a clear cancellation message, while Appointment Rescheduled can notify the customer of the revised arrangement. New Contact Created or New Client Created can run Create Contact, placing the person in Mobile Message before future SMS activity. These events let the business choose a specific response instead of treating every record change the same way.

Configure each Zap in Zapier by selecting a Whautomate trigger and a Mobile Message action. Use the customer mobile number supplied by Whautomate and keep the message plain text. The connection does not create a native two-way sync. It runs the one action you choose when the selected Whautomate event occurs.
