Home service operators who run dispatch through WePro need customers and field teams to hear about job changes promptly. A new job may require an acknowledgement, while a status change can signal a win, cancellation or no-show that deserves a clear message. Zapier lets WePro events start Mobile Message SMS actions without a staff member checking every record.

New Job can send a customer confirmation or internal alert using the job details available in WePro. Job Status Updated can send a message when the job becomes Closed Won, Closed Lost, Cancelled or No Show. If the customer’s details should be kept ready for future communication, New Job can also trigger Create Contact in Mobile Message. WePro’s Add Job action can be started by an inbound SMS, but that is only sensible when the text supplies the information your dispatch process requires. Each workflow is one-directional. It is not a native integration or a two-way sync, and you control the message and fields in Zapier.
