Web Shop Manager SMS Integration

When a customer places a Web Shop Manager order in a selected status, the fulfilment team often needs to know what changed. A Zapier workflow can use New or Updated Order in Choosen Status to send a Mobile Message SMS with the order reference, status and a clear instruction. This keeps important order activity visible to staff who rely on their phones during packing or support work.

The Web Shop Manager action Update Order can also be triggered by an incoming Mobile Message text when the message contains the order information and new status required by the platform. That can give a staff member a practical way to request an order update from a phone, though the workflow should validate the fields before making the change.

The connection uses Zapier and does not synchronise orders between the platforms. Web Shop Manager remains the source for catalogue and order management, while Mobile Message sends or receives the plain text notification. Use filters so only the statuses that matter create an SMS.
