A customer texts your business after hours asking about their order, and by the time someone reads it the next morning the moment for a quick response has already passed and the customer has moved on to a competitor's website instead. Wapikon closes that gap. Connected to Mobile Message through Zapier, an inbound SMS reply can trigger Wapikon to send that customer a template message straight away, keeping the conversation moving on a channel they already opened without waiting for a person to be free.

The same trigger covers delivery problems too. If a text message fails to reach someone, that failed delivery status can also fire off a Wapikon template message as a fallback, giving the customer a second way to get the information even when their number is blocking or bouncing standard SMS. Neither automation needs a person watching the phone, since Mobile Message reports the event and Wapikon handles the follow up on its own.
