New or Updated Message can also send an SMS when a message is created or updated for a visit. For a new customer, Waitwhile’s Create Customer action can be started by an Inbound SMS Received event when a customer texts your Mobile Message number, giving staff a record to check in Waitwhile. The workflow runs through Zapier and is one-directional for each Zap, not a native two-way integration or automatic record sync.
