A subscriber joins your WABB sequence while your support or marketing team is handling other work. With Zapier, that event can start a Mobile Message SMS, so the subscriber receives a useful welcome or next-step message without someone copying numbers between systems. WABB’s New Subscriber and Sequence Subscription triggers are particularly suited to this moment.

You can also use WABB’s Zapier Block Activated trigger when a subscriber reaches a deliberate point in a WhatsApp bot.
