Vouchery.io can create or assign the voucher, and Mobile Message can place the offer directly in a plain text message through Zapier.

Use New Voucher to trigger Send SMS when a voucher is created or assigned to a customer. You can include the code, expiry information and redemption instructions supplied by Vouchery.io. If a customer texts your Mobile Message number, Inbound SMS Received can also create a customer in Vouchery.io, giving the promotion team a record to work with.

The Zaps are configured for a particular direction and purpose. They do not synchronise both platforms automatically, so select the fields your team needs and review the message before publishing it.
