Upzelo can send Subscription Cancel Started into a Zap, allowing Mobile Message to deliver a timely retention message before the decision is final. This reduces the manual chase for cancellation events and gives customers a prompt path to contact your team.

Subscription Cancelled can trigger a confirmation, while Subscription Saved can send a positive follow-up after a customer remains subscribed. Subscription Cancellation Abandoned may also be useful for a carefully timed service message, subject to your consent and contact data. Upzelo provides triggers only, so the practical direction is from Upzelo into Mobile Message. The Zap does not alter subscription status or create a two-way record. It simply turns a selected Upzelo event into an SMS action, with the message, phone number, and any personalisation configured in Zapier.
