Prospect Opted Out and Prospect Unsubscribed can also trigger Mobile Message Add Unsubscribe, helping reflect a clear communication preference in the SMS platform. Other Upscale events include account and prospect updates, so you can choose the point that matters to your process. Mobile Message actions include Send SMS, Create Contact, Update Contact, Add Contact to List, and Add Unsubscribe. Each Zap runs from one Upscale event to one Mobile Message action. It does not promise a full CRM sync or automatic two-way updating, which keeps the workflow focused on specific sales and consent events.
