Sales teams using Upnify need to respond while a prospect or new client is still engaged. The most useful events are already available in the app, including New Prospect, New Opportunity, New Client and New Sale. With Zapier passing those events to Mobile Message, a business can place a timely SMS beside its existing sales process rather than relying on someone to remember a manual follow-up.

A new prospect can receive an acknowledgement, a new client can receive a welcome message and a new sale can trigger practical next-step information. New Opportunity can also alert a salesperson or customer when a deal reaches the stage your team chooses. Mobile Message can send directly to a number or to a configured list, and it can create a contact when Upnify produces a new prospect.

Upnify’s Create a New Client and Create a New Prospect actions can also be started by an inbound SMS where that genuinely suits the workflow. This is configured as a one-directional Zap in Zapier. It does not imply that records are continuously synchronised between Upnify and Mobile Message.
