Because Upfluence has no events of its own to start a Zap, it works best sitting inside one, a customer reply through Mobile Message's inbound SMS trigger can be checked against Upfluence first, and the same pairing works from an order or form submission in another app further up the Zap. Nothing updates back the other way, Upfluence flags the contact and the rest of the Zap decides what happens next, whether that is a note to your team or a text of its own.
