A response is completed in a TypeflowAI workflow while your team is working through other submissions. That finished response can be the point at which you acknowledge the person, notify an operator or create a contact for a later conversation. TypeflowAI’s workflow events provide the starting signal for Mobile Message.

Use Response Finished to send a plain-text SMS when the workflow marks a response complete. Response Created can send an early acknowledgement, while Response Updated can notify a nominated person when important information changes. Mobile Message’s Send SMS and Create Contact actions make these events visible outside the form workflow. The connection is set up through Zapier, with one TypeflowAI trigger leading to one Mobile Message action. It is not a two-way sync, and the SMS cannot carry attachments.
