TRYTN SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with TRYTN!

Tour and activity operators can lose time chasing changes to bookings and transactions in TRYTN. A scheduled item may be cancelled, a new item may be added or a transaction may change after the customer has made plans. A Zap can pass those events to Mobile Message so a customer or staff member receives a timely text rather than a late phone call.

New Scheduled Item is useful for sending an itinerary or booking note, while Scheduled Item Canceled can prompt a cancellation message. New Transaction can also trigger an SMS acknowledgement when a transaction first appears. The Mobile Message Send SMS action uses the phone number and fields available from TRYTN, allowing you to personalise the wording with a customer name, activity or time.

TRYTN is the source of the event and Mobile Message is the SMS destination. The connection does not update reservations in TRYTN or provide a two-way booking sync. It is a Zapier workflow for selected notifications. You can also use transaction or merchandise events for internal alerts where those changes need prompt attention, while keeping the complete booking record in TRYTN.
