About the Toolsey integration
Mobile Message can create a contact from a new Toolsey lead or add that person to a selected list. Toolsey's New Lead action runs in the other direction, so an Inbound SMS Received event could create a lead in Toolsey when someone texts your Mobile Message number. That is a separate one-way Zap, not a two-way synchronisation.
Zapier connects the apps and provides the field mapping without code. You choose whether each workflow sends an SMS, manages a contact or creates a Toolsey lead. This helps keep lead response consistent while allowing Toolsey to remain the place where the sales workflow is managed.
