Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with to.co!

Teams monitoring company information can lose time chasing every contact, location or organisation change. to.co can start a Zapier workflow when a Message Received event occurs, when a Document Approved event occurs or when an organisation is updated. Mobile Message can then send a text to the person who needs to review the change.

The Contact Added trigger is useful when a new person should enter your messaging records. It can run Mobile Message’s Create Contact action, while Contact Updated can send a targeted alert about changed details. If someone texts your Mobile Message number, the Inbound SMS Received trigger can run to.co’s Contact Add action, creating a new private contact and beginning to.co’s matching and cleansing process.

These workflows keep each service focused on its own role. to.co supplies the event or adds the contact, and Mobile Message sends an SMS or stores a contact according to the Zap you build. This is not a shared database or two-way sync. Connect both accounts in Zapier, check permissions and test contact fields before activation.
