A cleaner finishes a job, a status changes and the customer is waiting to know what happens next. TIDY can trigger Zapier when a New or Updated Job is created or changes status. It can also report a New Address or New To-Do List. Mobile Message can then send an SMS, create a contact or add a contact to a list.

For example, a job status change could send an arrival or completion update, while a new address could create a record for future service messages. A new to-do list could alert the person responsible for the work. TIDY actions can also be used when a Mobile Message inbound text starts a separate Zap, such as creating a job or updating an existing job when a customer texts your team. Each Zap is one-directional and runs through Zapier, so this is not a native two-way sync. Keep customers informed with accurate timing, protect address details and apply SMS consent requirements.
